A thorough, 90-minute assessment of your wellbeing using the six pillars of lifestyle medicine: nutrition, exercise, mental health, sleep, social wellbeing, and addictive substances. Includes a convenient at-home blood test package to track key biomarkers, designed for those wanting to understand their risk factors for heart health, diabetes, and bone health.

Menopause Initial Consultation
A 45-minute menopause consultation, where we explore your symptoms in depth, review medications, and develop a detailed, individualised plan, with prescriptions included where suitable, alongside practical lifestyle advice and recommendations to support your long-term health and wellbeing.

A 30-minute review to discuss your progress, assess how you're responding to treatment, refine your personalised plan where needed, and provide ongoing support, guidance, and recommendations to help optimise your health, symptoms, and overall midlife wellbeing.
